Thank you for shopping with FirstBites at www.firstbites.co.in. We take great care in preparing, packing, and delivering your food products. Due to the perishable nature of our items, our refund and cancellation terms are as follows:
1. Order Cancellations
🔹 Before Dispatch
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it — provided it has not yet been packed or dispatched.

If the order is eligible for cancellation, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
🔹 After Dispatch
Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellation is not possible, especially for perishable items.
2. Refunds and Replacements
We do not accept returns of food products due to hygiene and safety concerns. However, we offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:
