At FirstBites, we are committed to delivering high-quality, nutritious meals and food products across all regions of India. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

By placing an order on www.firstbites.co.in, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Nationwide Delivery Coverage

We proudly deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India — including metro cities, tier-2 and tier-3 towns, and most rural locations.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed within 48 hours of confirmation. Dispatch timelines may vary based on the type of product:​

  • Packaged or Shelf-Stable Items: Dispatched within 1–2 working days

You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order is dispatched.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

We aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible, depending on your location and courier availability.

4. Shipping Charges

  • A nominal shipping fee of ₹40 applies to all orders.

5. Order Tracking

You’ll receive:

  • A tracking link via email/SMS

  • Real-time status updates on your order

If you do not receive tracking information within 24 hours of dispatch, please contact our support team.

6. Packaging & Safety

We take extreme care to ensure:

  • Temperature-sensitive items are packaged using food-grade, insulated materials

  • Products are sealed, tamper-proof, and hygienically packed

Our packaging is designed to maintain freshness from our kitchen to your doorstep.

7. Missed or Failed Deliveries

Delivery may fail if:

  • The address is incorrect or incomplete

  • The customer is unavailable

  • Delivery is refused

In such cases:

  • We will attempt 1 re-delivery, if feasible

  • For perishable items, re-delivery or refunds may not be possible due to safety and shelf-life considerations

8. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your order is:

  • Damaged

  • Spoiled or leaked

  • Missing items

  • Incorrectly delivered

Please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • Your order ID and contact number

9. Subscription Deliveries (If Applicable)

If you’re subscribed to a meal plan or recurring product:

  • Missed deliveries without prior notice may not be eligible for refunds
